• To design the physical infrastructure/superstructure, production systems, processes and organization that will be necessary for the establishment, implementation and maintenance of an effective and risk-based Quality Management System for meet customer expectations and to provide sufficient and appropriate resources for these..
• To determine and document the duties and responsibilities and to communicate the Quality Management System requirements to all our employees for sustainable development and to ensure compliance with the requirements.
• To ensure that the final approval decision for products to be shipped to the customer is made by Quality Control unit officials who report directly to the management, independent of the production hierarchy, independent of other units and free from conflict of interest, and to ensure that the responsibility for reviewing and approving the Quality Management System lies with the QMS unit leader affiliated to the top management.
• To conduct periodic reviews/evaluations as responsible for the results and performance of the Quality Management System, and to share the decisions and actions to be taken regarding the resource and change needs of the Quality Management System with all relevant parties at the end of the reviews.
• To ensure that the Quality units have a structure that can direct the organization and influence the decisions to be taken by the organization.
• To ensure that total quality awareness is developed in the organization, that there is a risk-focused supplier-customer relationship between all processes and that activities are carried out in a manner that respects the environment and people.
• To ensure that employee satisfaction, loyalty and motivation are kept high with training programs that continuously support the development of our employees.
